Daniel M. Wood

Daniel M. Wood graduated from the University of Michigan in 1993.  He graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1997.  Admitted to the Michigan Bar and Federal Bar in 1997, Daniel joined the Wood Law Firm in 1997.  His emphasis of practice is Family Law, Probate Law, Business Law, and Real Estate Law. Daniel completed the Family Law Certificate Program through the Institute of Continuing Legal Education.

Daniel WoodDaniel represents clients in the following counties: Bay, Arenac, Midland, and Tuscola.

Daniel belongs to the Bay County Bar Association, Midland County Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan (including Elder Law & Disability Rights Section and Estate Planning Section), and Institute of Continuing Legal Education.  He was also invited, by the Bay County Probate Court, to attend the Family Drug Court Training Program in Denver, Colorado in October, 2006.

Daniel served as Treasurer for the Bay County Bar Association from 2008 to 2010.  Daniel also served as President of the Bay County Bar Association from 2011 to 2012.  He also served as Liberty Bell Chairperson for the Bay County Bar Association.

Outside of work Daniel enjoys traveling with his family, mountain biking, and is an avid Tigers and U of M fan.
